Kelley is a certified Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, and HubSpot Sales Certified. She has broad experience in Zendesk, JIRA, Confluence, and project management tools such as Smartsheets and Clickup. Kelley is a web designer as well with expertise in native web portals for the above SaaS software as well as with proven design experience in Wix, Squarespace, and GoDaddy. Her experience is not only in platform design and function, but in add-in ecommerce solutions as well.
